It can be hard to keep up with all of the latest technology. Sometimes, what others consider “basics” can seem too complicated to learn. Need help? I absolutely love the Cyber Seniors project. Since 2015, I’ve watched this organization develop and grow in phenomenal ways.
Cyber Seniors uses an intergenerational, volunteer approach to provide older adults with FREE technology training. Here are some examples:

- Cybersecurity
- Social media
- Mobile apps

You can sign up for their e-newsletter to be notified of their online webinars or watch recordings of past webinars, and it’s ALL FREE! They even have a hotline for immediate technology help.
It’s a great experience for young people too. If you know of a techy young person who would make a good volunteer, let them know.
